This is the steel version, with the case left in its natural color and a finish that alternates polished and brushed surfaces, for a clearer and more classic look compared to plated versions. The dial is black with a polished finish: light passes through it and it changes its depth with every wrist movement. The applied indices are all luminescent, as are the hands, for immediate reading even underwater and in the dark. The bezel insert is steel, not aluminum: it resists scratching, does not fade, and ages with the case rather than before the case. The dual matte and polished finish makes it legible in any light condition. From the display caseback you can observe the Japanese automatic movement at work, with Norton-custom rotor that recharges with every wrist gesture.
