Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED DX Prime lens

The beloved and surprisingly sharp standard zoom lens from Nikon: the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED DX. This lens is known as one of the best and most robust 'kit lenses' Nikon has ever made. Thanks to its versatile range (27-105mm equivalent on 35mm/full-frame), this is the ideal everyday lens for street photography, portraits, landscapes, and holidays. Compared to the standard 18-55mm lenses, this 18-70mm adds a bit more reach at the tele end and offers a brighter, higher-quality build with a metal mount. Key features & specifications: AF-S Silent Wave Motor (SWM): Ensures fast, quiet, and precise autofocus. Manual override (M/A mode) is possible at any time. High-quality optics: Equipped with 3 ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements and 1 aspherical element to minimize chromatic aberration and distortion and to ensure excellent sharpness and contrast. Robust build quality: Featuring a durable metal mount and a rubber seal at the mount against dust and moisture. Compatibility: Specifically designed for Nikon DX-format SLR cameras (such as the D50, D70, D80, D90, D3000-, D5000- and D7000-series). Condition: Optical: The glass elements are in very good condition but there is a small scratch and a speck of fungus on the lens Mechanical: The autofocus and the diaphragm work quickly, smoothly, and as expected. The zoom and focus rings rotate nicely and evenly. Cosmetic: Light and normal signs of wear on the housing (see photos for a good view of the condition).
