Netherlands 1903 - telegraph stamp - NVPH TG7

Minty, postfris quarter telegram with original gum with two photo certificates. Small, barely visible brown dot, by the way a neat stamp. Photo certificate from the Dutch Inspection Service: "Mint, with original gum, tiny brown dot, by the way without defects" dated 15-05-2026. Photo certificate Th. C. Bakker: "Mint splendid specimen (tiny brown dot). The stamp is genuine and original in every respect" dated 04-04-2000. See note NVPH catalog: "Perfectly intact perforation and well-centered stamps are rare. Such stamps are considerably more valuable". See the scans. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
