Mint condition with original gum. Nice centering for this issue. The stamp has the Mast plate error PM17 blue dash at the tip behind the cent. It concerns type II and perforation D. This concerns the mint stamp bottom-left from a former block of four that was provided in 2021 by Henk Vleeming of Attest. The block was subsequently split. The Attest is included with this stamp. For clarity: You are bidding here on a single loose mint stamp. See the scans. Catalogue value excluding the plate error € 1,100.00 (NVPH 2026) Registered shipping PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
