Attest Henk Vleeming: "Seal and perforation genuine, gum original with adhesive residue and a few original specks in the gum. Top perforation see image, by the way fresh seal without defects in a beautiful gold color", dated 18-03-2026. It concerns perforation A and type I. See the scans. Catalog value € 4,200.00 (NVPH 2026) Registered and insured shipping PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
