Unused NVPH 2b plate I position 37 with Certificate Henk Vleeming: "Stamp genuine, original gum with a few specks and remnants of stickers. Width of margins varying from 0.75 - 1.25 mm. Owner's stamp E.B. on the gum. Under the sticker a gumless spot, by the way, still a fresh full-to-broad margin stamp without flaws", dated 16-06-2018. Note: the gumless spot is a truly tiny gumless dot. See the scans. Catalogue value € 750.00 (NVPH 2027) Registered shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
