Natural royal blue sapphire on matrix. 680.60 ct from Kenya- 136.12 g

An impressive collectible: A deep blue sapphire crystal, firmly embedded in its natural glimmer-schist matrix. The crystal shows a clear prismatic formation with fine transparency and fascinating color play that reveals its glow in direct light. Particularly impressive is the intensive blue with violet nuances, which is even more accentuated by the dark, high-contrast matrix. The surface of the matrix is richly structured and threaded with shiny mica plates, giving the piece additional liveliness. The sapphire itself reveals its inner purity and the fascinating shine when illuminated, which makes these gemstones so coveted. A characterful specimen that combines the raw power of nature with the elegance of the gemstone – a focal point for mineral collectors as well as lovers of extraordinary crystal formations.
