The body and cap in black ebonite retain a deep and uniform shine, with an elegant patina the fruit of time. No cracks or deformations are observed, maintaining a solid and well-preserved structure. The engravings, including the characteristic 'Montblanc Simplo', remain visible and legible, which adds collectible value. The golden clip shows slight and uniform wear, with partial loss of the plating consistent with age, contributing authenticity without compromising its aesthetics or functionality. The 14-karat gold nib is in very good condition, well aligned and with no visible deformations.
