FEATURED * Equipped with Federperiti Compliance Guarantee Expertise * Technical inspection passed without defects found * Completely original in color, engine and interior * Manual transmission * Bodywork largely in factory-original paint HISTORY / OVERVIEW The Mercedes-Benz 190, belonging to the famous W201 series produced from 1982 to 1993, represents one of the most significant models from the Stuttgart-based house. Valued from its debut for its high build quality, mechanical reliability and driving comfort, it has over time established itself as a reference in the prestige compact sedan segment. Today it is considered one of the most interesting youngtimers on the collecting market, with demand in constant growth, especially for specimens that are well preserved and faithful to the original specifications. Finding a car that still preserves its factory color, original engine and original interior is now increasingly rare. EXTERIOR The bodywork is finished in the original Polar White, color code 201, and largely retains factory paint. It presents as solid, well aligned with normal signs of use and some small localized defects, fully compatible with the age of the car. Recently a professional polishing and detailing treatment was performed, further enhancing the shine of the paint and the overall presentation of the car. A test with a coating thickness gauge showed no signs of accidents or structural repairs, largely confirming factory material thickness typical of the model. INTERIOR The cabin is fully original and well preserved. The seats, door panels, headliner, dashboard and remaining components show an excellent state of preservation, maintaining the authenticity that characterizes this specimen. The steering wheel is also the original factory-equipped piece. Before sale, a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the entire interior was carried out. MECHANICS Mechanically the car starts promptly and is regularly road-usable. The engine runs smoothly, while the braking system is efficient. The technical inspection was passed in October 2025, valid until October 2027, with no defects found, confirming the good overall condition of the vehicle. As with any classic car, before undertaking long trips it is advisable to perform a general preventive check. Mercedes-Benz 190 with manual transmission, matching-numbers original engine and authentic configuration are becoming increasingly difficult to find on the market. Thanks to their renowned reliability, build quality and growing collector interest, they represent today a particularly interesting choice both for those who want a classically usable car and for those seeking an investment destined to retain its charm over time.
