Megalodon - Fossil tooth - 15.2 cm - 11.7 cm

I am offering here an absolute rarity: a Megalodon from the Caribbean with an incredible size of 6 inches. Length 15.2 cm and width 11.7 cm. Beautiful colors, white bourlette with dark accents and a great serration. If 6" inch teeth are rare, then 6" inch teeth from the Caribbean are a rarity. Teeth from the Caribbean are only very rarely found undamaged due to the locations and methods of unearthing. And so this tooth has along the middle of the tooth surface superficial damage from a saw, caused by the use of tools, which was restored by a professional restorer. Almost invisible now, only discernible by the serration near the tip. An absolute highlight in any collection. These teeth are virtually unavailable on the market, especially not in this condition and size. All images were taken in daylight and without filters. If you need more information, please feel free to message me. Please check before bidding whether import into your country is permitted.
