MEDIEVAL SILVER RING WITH CROSS MOTIF

Ca. AD 1200 - 1400. > A silver ring with a slender hoop bordered by twisted wire and decorated at the shoulders with applied granules. The octagonal bezel is engraved with a cross of scrolling arms centred by a cluster of granules.
