Medieval Islamic Bronze Signet Ring – Seljuk Tradition – 11th to 13th Century AD A substantial medieval Islamic bronze signet ring with a broad oval bezel decorated with an engraved geometric composition formed by intersecting lines, dotted fields and angular motifs. The design is characteristic of the abstract and geometric decorative language widely used across the Islamic world during the Seljuk period, where rings of this type could function both as personal ornaments and as seals. The ring preserves a dark archaeological patina with greenish oxidation and surface deposits consistent with age and prolonged burial. Material: Bronze Dimensions: 2.2 x 19 cm Weight: 3.93 gr Provenance: Acquired in Germany at an Auction House. We guarantee the authenticity of the pieces, backed by the combined experience of our experts spanning more than 40 years. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be sent digitally by email. This item has been legally acquired under European Law.
