Ca. AD 1450 - 1500. A bronze purse bar with an oval swivel loop rising from a cuboid central boss, issuing two long tapering arms, each furnished along the underside with pairs of pierced lugs. The faces engraved on both sides with the prayer 'AVE MARIA G(R)ACIA PLENA DOMINVS TECVM' (Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with you), the lettering inlaid with niello.
