On a deep blue background, with oil reflections, a flowering bloom of golden leaves lights up, warm as honey in the sunset. At the top the foliage is dense and luminous, almost a golden weave that lets the blue show through between leaves; toward the bottom it thins and darkens, and the last light leaves shine suspended in the shadow. Thin purple stems rise from the bottom and bind the two worlds. The botanical imprints, stratified and tactile, give the surface a rich texture to be touched with the eye. A serene and luminous work, suspended at the moment when the evening’s gold meets the first blue of the night. Signed and dated 2026 at the bottom right Image size: 95 x 65 cm Overall canvas size: 105 x 75 cm The work is sold unframed; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube.
