It exceptionally clearly preserves the Royal Seal engraved in 1689 with the full shield of the weapons of the Hispanic Monarchy (Castile, León, Granada, Aragon, Sicily, Portugal, Flanders, etc.) and the distinctive inscription of the stamped paper.
