Manifattura italiana - Vase - Star vase - Silverplated

Elegant silvered metal little jar, featuring a refined star setting and a form strongly reminiscent of Art Deco taste. The body, slender and slightly flared toward the top, is animated by vertical ribbing that creates a pleasant twisting effect and reflects light in a particularly suggestive way. The upper edge has a characteristic star-shaped contour, with 6 alternating points that give the mouth of the vase a sculptural look. A very distinctive feature is also the base, built through a sequence of overlapping and stepped geometric elements, ending in a sort of multi-point star. The overall design fully recalls the decorative repertoire of the 1920s and 1930s, based on symmetry, geometry, and stylization. The silvered surface, bright and highly reflective, further enhances the object's decorative character. A small decor item of great impact, interesting both as a vase and as a collectible piece. Dimensions 13x7 cm. Excellent condition.
