Lyfa - Hanging lamp - Brass, Aluminium - Vintage Danish Lamp

Scandinavian mid-century pendant light. Danish Design by the celebrated architect Bent Karlby and manufactured by Lyfa in Denmark during the 1950s. The lamp features a beautifully sculpted, matte black lacquered metal outer shade finished with perforations pattern on the edge - that release a subtle decorative glow. Hereunder a milk-white satin glass shade, which ensures a glare-free, atmospheric light distribution over a dining table, kitchen island, or living space. The original glass shade has no cracks. The metal shade shows minor patina that preserves its historic integrity. Electricity: Completely rewired for modern safety with all-newer electrical parts, a premium fabric-covered teal cord, and a standard E27 socket. Dimensions: 42 cm diameter & 20 cm high.
