The figure, outlined through a rapid, incisive and strongly synthetic stroke, fits into a pictorial space dominated by warm tones, contrasted with blues and greys of the surrounding elements. The painting shows notable artistic and execution quality, with stylistic features that appear compatible with Luigi Spazzapan’s expressionist language, particularly in the freedom of the brushwork, in the expressive deformation of the figure, and in the chromatic construction of the composition.
