IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PHOTOS: The detailed visuals are proof of this lot’s impeccable condition. White lines, reflections, or whitish halos visible on the Plexiglas or body are solely due to artificial light refraction during studio photography. The model is totally free of defects or scratches. LOOKSMART BRAND EXCELLENCE & MATERIAL QUALITY LookSmart is globally acclaimed by enthusiasts for its surgical quality. Unlike zamak (die-cast metal) models, the exclusive use of premium resin yields body edges with unparalleled finesse, faithfully respecting Pininfarina’s original stroke. The grille mesh detail, the precise fit of magnified headlamps, the machined wheels showing the carbon-ceramic brake discs, and the photo-etched metal wipers testify to the brand’s elite craftsmanship. TECHNICAL DETAILS & MODEL HISTORY: The Real Car: The Soul of Maranello’s V12 Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2006 and marketed with ceremonial grandeur until 2012, the 599 GTB Fiorano embodies Maranello’s golden era of front-engine GTs. Its name directly references its displacement (5999 cm³) and Ferrari’s mythical Fiorano private test track. Beneath its long aluminum hood beats the legendary 65° naturally aspirated V12 (Type F140 C) of 6.0 liters, evolved directly from the Ferrari Enzo supercar. Developing 620 horsepower at 7,600 rpm and 608 Nm of torque, it propelled this race machine from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, with a stellar top speed of 330 km/h. The model’s revolutionary aerodynamics introduced the famous floating buttresses at the rear, creating unprecedented downforce without an unsightly wing. The Miniature: The LS173C Reference in Rosso Monza This LookSmart reference reproduces the lines of the 2008 version dressed in Rosso Monza. This deep metallic red, more sombre and exclusive than traditional Rosso Corsa, perfectly emphasizes the muscular curves and timeless elegance of the 599. The finely replicated beige interior, visible through the perfectly clear glazing, offers a striking contrast. High Estimated Value: Given the rarity of LS173C, LookSmart’s definitive stock-out, and its strictly untouched historical condition (Mint in Box), this miniature sits at the top of the collectors’ market. Expert Logistics: No risk with such a masterpiece. The miniature will be wrapped in triple-thick bubble wrap, immovably secured with professional packing material inside a double-wall rigid carton. Tracking & Insurance: Express international shipping performed on the business day following auction close, with real-time tracking and insurance covering the full lot value. Don’t miss this Ferrari performance icon in a condition that cannot be found on today’s market!
