LIP Himalaya 1954 Men's stainless steel wristwatch. - Dial: White/silver, signed LIP / HIMALAYA, with “MÉCANIQUE / 40H DE MARCHE” at 6 o’clock and “BESANÇON FRANCE” at the bottom. Black-painted Arabic numerals, minute track. Date window at 3 o’clock. Black dauphine hands, central seconds hand with a red tip. - Case: Round, polished steel, transparent screw-down caseback engraved around the edge with “FABRIQUÉ À BESANÇON - HIMALAYA 1954 - STEEL - 50M,” numbered ⁠671552⁠ / ⁠6190⁠. - Movement: Manual-winding mechanical, bridges decorated with Côtes de Genève and a crystal screen-printed with the Besançon coat of arms. - Strap: Black crocodile-patterned leather, steel pin buckle. Diameter: approx. 40 mm Condition: Good overall condition, with minor scratches from normal wear on the case and bezel. The watch was in working order at the time of appraisal. Sold as is, without box or papers.
