White porcelain coffee and tea service from the Limoges Manufacture – a frieze of small spring flowers along the rim of each piece – gilded edges and handles with fine gold – agate-polished – light relief foliage sprinkled over the pieces of varying shapes. The forms are very dynamic and evoke the Art Nouveau period, style "Nouille". Each piece rests on 6 small feet – rectangular base – each piece bears the marvelous stamp "M - M" Limoges France - for Mandavy de Mavaleix – decorator at the Manufacture from 1908 to 1920. The Limoges Manufacture has existed since the 18th century – it is recognized worldwide for its excellence – it has sustained through the years the transmission of its ancestral know-how. 1 teapot with its lid – slight hairline at the interior shoulder – not visible – photo with colored badge.
