Beautiful silver 1930s Art Deco brooch with an onyx-like Gablonz (glass stone) featuring several large marcasites. Marked: 835, master mark and quality hallmark: Ln = "Laurin". The Ln mark stands for "Laurin" and was introduced in Germany in the 1930s as a quality hallmark for mid-priced jewelry and was used until about 1950. ** See my other listings! (click on seller: Feenyks) ** Very good condition - a little used with small signs of wear. Stunning piece! Brooch dimensions: 4.75 x 2.3 cm. Weight: 7.8 grams. N.B. On the black Gablonz there is a small scratch, not noticeable and not bothersome. View the last photo showing the scale with a 1 euro coin.
