Attention before purchase All our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned, and restored where necessary. Being antique pieces, some elements may show slight chips, micro-scratches, or small imperfections due to time and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetic of the item. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as they often involve light or almost imperceptible details. In some cases, when restoration is more extensive (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipping. For this reason there may be differences from the published photos. The product will be delivered fully like-new and ready to be assembled by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally fast; however, being delicate items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, further restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The tracking number for the courier will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without light bulbs and fully dismantled. The wiring will also need to be completed, but all necessary materials for mounting will be provided. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to perform the assembly, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (available on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
