The harbour provides a framework for exploring shifting coastal light; colour changes across water, sky and boats, while quays, masts, trees and architecture gives the composition a strong underlying structure. Condition Report: The work was not examined out of its frame. There is no evidence of any retouching under UV examination. There is some very slight surface dirt, otherwise the work appears to be in good condition.
