Keramos Sèvres - Platter - Ceramic - Barbotine

This object is a beautiful vintage French barbotine bowl from Keramos Sèvres, made in the 1950s. The bowl is a larger model of this recognizable mid-century design. The design is characterized by the striking contrast between the glossy jet-black exterior and the intensely pink glazed interior, combined with the characteristic three-dimensional pink flowers and green leaves in relief along the rim. This type of ceramic is signed on the underside with a scratched or stamped workshop name; see also photos. Dimensions: 31 x 22 cm and 10 cm high. The object will be very well packed when shipped; shipping costs are adjusted to safely shipping ceramics.
