Joan Miró - Joan Miró – Affischer av Miró – Ralph...

Description Original period poster by Joan Miró, issued in 1975 to promote in Stockholm the Swedish book “Affischer av Miró,” by Ralph Herrmanns, published by A.H. Grafik. The poster reproduces a characteristic composition by Joan Miró, with large black shapes and vivid colors red, blue, yellow and green on a gray background. At the bottom appear the references “A.H. Grafik – Stockholm” and the printing footer: D.L. B. 9.296-1975 – Publicaciones Reunidas, S.A. Artist: Joan Miró (1893–1983). Year: 1975. Measurements: 91.8 × 62.8 cm. Material: paper. Original period poster, not a modern reproduction. Miró’s signature visible in the image is part of the print; it is not hand-signed nor numbered. Overall good condition considering its roughly 50 years of age. It shows slight handling marks, small stains and wear on the margins typical of its age and storage. The colors remain vivid. The photographs form part of the description. It will be carefully shipped protected.
