Jewellery box - Gilt bronze

A fabulous and ancient box in gilt bronze, finely worked and hand-pierced. The lid in precious ivorine with a radial design, adorned in the center by a splendid painted oval miniature. Carefully detailed and with a red fabric interior. Refined artisanal craftsmanship of the past, of great quality and Italian elegance. Some slight and normal signs of aging visible in the photos. Very fascinating and in good condition.
