Todas las subastas / Vinos y espirituosos / Jean Fillioux - Réserve Familiale - 700ml
Jean Fillioux is a member of these small family houses that have successfully defended their top niche for decades with the same authentic Cognacs, striving to produce "Masterpieces" in a centuries-old tradition, applying patience and love to offer enthusiasts of old and very old Brandies. "Perched High, perched high," a beautiful and noble slogan that captures their identity in their past, their history, their traditions, a few words at the bottom of a majestic cock, the symbol of their family. "Rise up to see far." This is how this "La Pouyade" estate, family-owned since 1894, is perched atop a hill, its imposing house overlooking their magnificent vineyard, located in the heart of Grande Champagne. Presentation of the vintage: Amber color and plum on the nose announce a typical smooth and complex palate, a rancid Cognac. Notes of old rum spicy, vanilla skin in a remarkable melt.
