After a few brief studies and various jobs that he quickly abandoned, he devoted himself to painting. His attraction to the abstract, which he depicts as dynamic and elegant, is undeniable. The flare of colors and elements touches our senses and flatters our eye. From his work, beauty is naturally suggested. As passionate about painting as about visual arts, he increasingly dedicates himself to this discipline! Fortified by gemological training at the ING (Institute national de gemmologie of Paris) and passionate about precious stones since his earliest childhood, he sometimes adorns his sculptures with precious stones. Jan Marti is present in numerous exhibitions and private collections in France and abroad.
