Authenticity: The name "Izumi Ichiago" is engraved in Japanese characters on the metal bolster cap of each knife. Region: Manufactured with unique technologies from the renowned Sakai/Izumi region, Japan. Contents of the Set: Large Chef’s Knife (Gyuto/Santoku style): For all major slicing tasks. Universal Paring Knife: For fine trimming. Turner/Peeling Knife: For utmost precision.
