Italian school (XX)

I offer here a beautiful oil painting on canvas and stretcher, depicting the “Grapes Madonna” after the famous model by Pierre Mignard. It shows Mary with the Baby Jesus in a classical, Baroque manner. The grapes in the scene are a profound symbol of Christ's future Passion. The painting is set in a magnificent gold-colored frame that wonderfully complements the sacred representation. It is a real gem for lovers of classical art and religious motifs. The painting is in very good condition and ready to beautify your home. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
