Isco-Gottingen Tele-Westanar 1:3.5/135 Telelens

Vintage telephoto lens from Isco-Göttingen, model Tele-Westanar 1:3.5/135mm, serial number 3511379. The lens was made in Germany and apparently has an M42 screw mount, suitable for many classic SLRs and, with an adapter, also usable on digital cameras. The lens has an aperture from f/3.5 to f/22 and is a nice compact 135mm portrait and telephoto lens with a characterful vintage rendering. The focusing and aperture rings operate smoothly. Cosmetically, the lens shows normal signs of use, light paint wear and small scratches on the housing, in keeping with its age. The glass looks clean in the photos, with light dust specks/reflections as is typical for older lenses. Includes a Japanese filter. A fine German vintage telephoto lens for collectors, analog photography, or creative use on modern cameras.
