The piece, with its striking sculptural presence, represents a bull fragmented into rhythmic sections that evoke both the animal’s vital energy and Juan Ripollés’s characteristic organic and expressionist style. Its material treatment, with irregular surfaces and a dark patina, underscores the tension between strength and balance, recurring themes in his work.
