Mit Unterschrift des gerichtlich bestellten Vormundes J.C. Seelhorst und rotem Wachssiegel. 37 x 50 cm. Gefaltet. Übertragung des Lehnsrechtes des 'bisherigen aelteste (n) Lehn-Trägers Henning Friedrich Oehlmann mit Tode abgegangen' an den 'Kaufmann Herr Johann Jürgen Öhlmann' sowie diverse Mitglieder der Familie Öhlmann wie u.a. 'Ernst Friedrich', 'Heinrich Christoph und Johann Christian', 'Hinrich Jacob' sowie mit 'dem 'Zehnten zu Marcklendorf'.- Verso etwas angestaubt. With the signature of the court-appointed guardian JC Seelhorst and a red wax seal. 37 x 50 cm. Folded. Transfer of the feudal rights of the 'previous eldest holder of the fief, Henning Friedrich Oehlmann, who has passed away', to the 'merchant Johann Jürgen Öhlmann' and various members of the Öhlmann family, including 'Ernst Friedrich', 'Heinrich Christoph and Johann Christian', 'Hinrich Jacob', as well as with 'the tithe of Marcklendorf'.- Verso slightly dusty.
