Interesting manifesto of the Hermann Nitsch exhibition (Vienna 1938–2022 Mistelbach, Lower Austria) hand-signed: Hermann Nitsch, color offset print, sheet size about 100x70 cm. The frame is not original to the period. The Galleria d'Arte Cattelani was an exhibition space tied to the figure of the collector and patron from Modena, Carlo Cattelani (1931-1999), located in Baggiovara, in the province of Modena. The founder: Carlo Cattelani, a butcher by profession but driven by a great passion for art and deep spirituality, was a pioneer in collecting and in discovering great contemporary talents, often traveling to the United States and Europe to make direct contact with artists. The gallery's activity: In the 1980s and 1990s, the Baggiovara space hosted significant exhibitions (such as the one dedicated to Hermann Nitsch in 1993), becoming a reference point for contemporary art and for dialogue between spirituality, sacred and artistic research. The legacy: Today the family collection (continued by his son Tiberio Cattelani) continues to live through exhibitions and events of modern and sacred art organized in collaboration with museums and cultural institutions.
