Magnificent antique lantern-style chandelier, Montgolfière. Empire style, France, first half of the 1900s. Luxurious hanging chandelier. This exceptional light fixture is distinguished by its finely chased bronze frame with a superb gilded patina, adorned with garlands of flowers and ribbon knots. The lower basket-shaped section is fully clad in a dense mesh of faceted crystal pendants, which diffuse a twinkling, warm light. Ideal for adding a touch of classic elegance, charm, and refinement to a living room, a foyer, or a dining room. In excellent overall condition for its age, the gilded patina has been redone. All crystals are present. Some minor, light signs of aging for a piece of this age. Functional E27 bulb provided, ready to install.
