The layout, distinctly technical and military in “Field” style, presents a concentric two-circle time display designed for immediate time reading: the outer main scale for 12 hours in white Arabic numerals and an inner reduced scale for the 24 military hours. The peripheral minute track is partially white and radially marked by characteristic tritium luminescent triangular indexes, aged over time to a warm pastel cream tone coordinated with the hands. It features white sword-shaped main hands with phosphorescent filling, paired with a very slim central white second hand. It bears the historic stylized “Jet Age” logo with the letter “H” and the HAMILTON signature beneath 12 o’clock, balanced above 6 o’clock by the large bold italic “Khaki” wording.
