Gustave de Bruyn - Gustave de Bruyn - Flower pot - Ceramic - Antique pot GB
An antique ceramic pot (planter) in the Art Nouveau style, created at the renowned French manufactory Fives-Lille. The artist is Gustave De Bruyn, a renowned master of glazed artistic ceramics from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This original piece is characterized by: • Material: Traditional French barbotine majolica (glazed ceramic with a three-dimensional relief). • Decoration and color palette: A luxurious combination of an intense burgundy background, turquoise-green floral elements, and textured relief flowers. The piece rests on turned feet, and its edges feature an elegant scalloped contour.
