In automatic mode, a motor moves the preselector to the programmed setting, and the pointer on the preselector knob magically moves to the correct position, accompanied by a slight hiss. The automatic system is very reliable on long and medium wave; on short wave, the signal can often be strengthened by slightly manually adjusting the preselector. Everything works as it should and sounds great, and the huge antenna is functional. TO FULLY ENJOY THE ADVANTAGES AND CAPABILITIES OF THIS MODEL, PLEASE READ THE AVAILABLE INSTRUCTIONS. The radio will be shipped via a reliable and trusted courier with tracking and insurance. Shipping to islands such as the Canary Islands is usually twice as expensive, calculated individually in consultation with the buyer. Batteries will not be included. I highly recommend it.
