Glaswerke Škrdlovice - Jaroslav Svoboda - Vase - Vase...

Very beautiful solid vase, designed by Jaroslav Svoboda for Glaswerke in Škrdlovice in 1969. Very high-quality hand-blown unique piece without manufacturer markings. Reference photo with a larger vase from the series, kindly provided with permission by Czech Glass Guide. Cylindrical form. Very thick colorless glass with an interesting bubble pattern in the upper half, reminiscent of water droplets. The lower half shows a cloudy pattern in vibrant blue tones with only a few bubbles. Wonderful play of colors and interesting optical effects — especially under suitable lighting. Rare and very impressive gallery piece. Dimensions (H x W): 18 × 7 cm, 1704 g Very good undamaged condition. As with any older glass object that has been in use, there may be slight signs of age and wear. This includes, in particular, moderate scuff marks on the base. Please carefully review the photos in the enlarged view before making your purchase decision! Note: Please note that due to internet color rendering restrictions and your monitor settings, the colors of the product photos may differ from the original you will receive. The stands, lighting accessories, and measuring accessories shown in the photos are not included in the offer.
