In 2013 he founded the Giuseppe Fortunato Foundation, dedicated to archiving and sharing his artistic legacy. Fortunato's artistic career has been marked by his exploration of deep, profound emotions rather than superficial ones. He achieved early success in Italy and expanded his reach to the United Kingdom and across Europe and in the USA. As a painter, sculptor, and designer, Giuseppe Fortunato's work evolved toward a surreal aesthetic, ultimately arriving at his characteristic 'Colate' style: colored, fluid enamels applied to large flat surfaces.
