Giulia Mangani - Table lamp - Porcelain

Large Giulia Mangani Table Lamp in Sèvres Style with Bird Sculpture and Ormolu Gilded Bronze Important table lamp signed Giulia Mangani, made in Sèvres style, featuring a refined sculptural composition in polychrome porcelain and rich decorative elements in Ormolu gilded bronze. The structure presents a splendid figure of an exotic bird with wings spread, finely modeled and painted in intense shades of cobalt blue, azure, and turquoise, with accurate details that enhance the plumage and give great realism to the composition. The bird rests on an elaborate decorative trunk, embellished with floral elements, leaves, and gilded branches, with accents in red and orange that create an elegant chromatic contrast. The circular base is enriched by a pierced golden band and a substantial base in Ormolu gilded bronze, worked with volutes and ornamental motifs of classical taste. The lamp is completed by a large ivory-colored cylindrical lampshade, characterized by delicate decorative veining and elegant golden borders along the ends. The slender proportions, the vivid colors, and the richness of the sculptural details make this piece particularly scenographic and refined. A striking decor accessory, ideal for prestigious salons, classic interiors, grand entrances, or collections of fine decorative porcelain.
