I am selling a superb, cohesive set of 8 solid-brass collection pieces dating from the 19th century. Ideal for collectors, lovers of fine antiques, or for charming decor (cabinet-of-curiosities vibe). All pieces are authentic, heavy-period metal castings, and bear marks from French foundries (no modern reproductions). The complete lot consists of: • 3 Petroleum / kerosene lamps (Height: 25 cm) Turned-brass models, complete with their wick mechanisms and original knobs. The knobs are all signed by the famous Parisian manufacturer "GARDON Bte S.G.D.G." (Napoleonic Era III / early Third Republic, 1865–1885). • 4 Large push-button, lift-and-lower candleholders (Height: 18 cm) Includes a pair of identical pieces and a single model. Louis-Philippe style (1840–1860). The underside of the bases bears the official punch of the regional foundry "ARNAUD MÂCON". The push mechanisms are functional. • 1 portable candle holder "Rat de cave" (Height: 8 cm) Hand-held model with its thumb ring for transport and its wide, solid-brass cup. Condition: Good overall condition with a magnificent age patina. Objects sold as-is, with superb golden reflections. (Please provide standard glass chimneys for the lamps if you wish to light them).
