Todas las subastas / Arte contemporáneo / Gaby Acevedo - Mundo Onírico - Evania (XL)
“Evania” is a unique and original abstract work belonging to my series "Dream World" (Mundo Onírico), where I build imagined landscapes from the interaction between form, color, and texture. In this piece I do not seek to represent a specific place, but to open up a possible territory: a suggested space, in which the composition invites the viewer to explore and discover their own connections. “Evania” arises from that inner world where places are formed from imagination and revealed through painting. A work open to interpretation, designed so that each spectator finds their own landscape. Details of the work: • "Dream World - Evania" is a contemporary abstract work, unique and original, entirely handmade with professional acrylic on cotton canvas. • Dimensions: 120 cm × 40 cm. • Created directly in my studio. • Canvas size: The canvas measures approximately 130 cm × 50 cm, including the necessary margin for its new mounting on a 120 cm × 40 cm × 2 cm stretcher (approximately). • Finish and protection: The work is protected with professional satin varnish, which preserves the intensity of the colors and guarantees its preservation over time. • Unique and original work: Painted entirely by hand, signed and dated on the back by visual artist Gaby Acevedo, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Presentation: • The work has been made on a pre-tensioned canvas on a stretcher. To ensure safe transport, it is carefully shipped rolled in a high-strength rigid tube. The edges are painted as a continuation of the composition and the canvas preserves the necessary margin for its new mounting on a frame. • The work does not include a frame or decorative surround. • For an optimal finish, it is recommended that the mounting be carried out by a professional. Shipping: • The work is carefully shipped rolled in a high-strength rigid tube. • Insured shipping with tracking number. • Includes certificate of authenticity. • Shipments to the Canary Islands (Spain): €48. • Additional information: Colors and shades may vary slightly depending on each screen’s settings. Ambient images are digital representations for illustration purposes and show a possible presentation of the work once mounted or framed. About the artist: My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have developed an artistic practice centered on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter, and collage are the pillars of my visual language. My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit, and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a different inquiry, but all share the purpose of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation. Each work is unique and wholly handmade in my studio with high-quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
