Rusiñol, Casas, Picasso, Dalí have passed through there... And Gabino is almost certainly Gabino Rey Santiago (1928-2006). He was one of the gallery’s star painters from 1957 until his death. Figurative painting, post-impressionist, highly valued in the 70s. His works are in the museums of Lugo, Pontevedra, and Sitges. 41024b43 - The cow-in-landscape theme is very much his, from his rural landscapes period - The size 73x92 is one of his standard formats from that era - The thick gilded carved frame is the typical one Sala Parés used in the 70s
