Foreign Post Offices German Post Office Peking 1900 (Nov.) blue envelope registered to Heidelberg bearing 1898 (48 degrees), 20pf. and 50pf. with (56 degrees) 10pf. tied by good strikes of the undated "peking/deutsche post" type 6a softwood cancellation and with the red and black on white registration label. There are a few tone spots and light soiling; a good example of this scarce postmark which was only employed for two months. Photo
