[First Edition] Jericho: The South Beheld Shuptrine

A "unique, mysterious, & beautiful book [in which] two Southerners turn their talents on their land & their people." Shuptrine's paintings & Dickey's poetry both complement each other & stand alone throughout the 165 pages, with an Introduction by Dickey. A FIRST EDITION, First Printing from 1974, this huge oblong hardcover (12.75" x 16.25") has cream-colored cloth over quarter burgundy cloth-covered boards, blindstamped image of a man rowing to front cover & bright silver lettering to spine.
