Todas las subastas / Varios / Figurine - Collection of 14 Murano glass ducks with murrine – Italy
Curious and visually striking collection of 14 small Murano glass ducks, handmade and characterized by different color combinations. Each figure features a body of clear/opalescent glass, wings and details heat-applied in blue, green, amber, purple and yellow tones, with small millefiori elements used for the eyes. The slight differences in shape, color and execution make each duck unique and testify to the manual craftsmanship. Particularly pleasing is the effect of the entire group displayed together: 14 coordinated yet all different miniatures, ideal both as a collection and as a decorative element. Kept in good vintage condition, as documented in detail in the photographs.
