Ferrari - Niki Lauda - 1977 - Replica helmet

Full Size - Niki Lauda - Ferrari - 1977 helmet Niki Lauda was an Austrian former Formula One driver and a three-time F 1 World Drivers Champion, winning in 1975, 1977 and 1984. He is considered by some as one of the greatest F 1 drivers of all time. Lauda was seriously injured in a crash at the 1977 GP at the Nürburgring, during which his Ferrari burst into flames, and he came close to death after inhaling hot toxic fumes and suffering severe burns. However, he survived and recovered enough to race again just six weeks later at the Italian Grand Prix. Here we offer a fantastic vintage 1977 Niki Lauda helmet; this is a recreation of the helmet which Niki used when he drove the Iconic Ferrari team. The helmet is based on a original 70's Shoei race helmet, everything is still original, such as the visor and the inner liners. The inside lining and foam are still in good condition considering its age, it's more than 50 years old and still fully original. This helmet is an original vintage, with a Snell 1970 inside (so it was approved for high-speed motor sports such as F1) . Truly a fantastic collector's item for any collection, office, home, or man cave! Now you can own this great classic helmet of the legendary Niki Lauda. Please check out the photos they are the best description of this item. This helmet will be quickly sent after payment, professionally packed with track and trace
