signed and dated 'Waldmüller 1853' u.r., oil on panel, 32 x 26cm; framed 41 x 35cm, Condition Report, Condition Report, The work has been executed on two panels in vertical alignment. The join is visible in the centre of the painting and appears to have been retouched. On close inspection fine craquelure is visible. There is a little rubbing to the edges. In our opinion the face is a little soft, however the painting presents well overall. Not examined under UV light, for a full report please contact the department.
